There should have been more concerning Torgeir wanting to leave, and how he actually convinced Frank to allow him to do so. After all, the club is actually in Torgeir's name, so him leaving would already have caused big problems for Frank in terms of how he would go forward with owning the club despite it being in another person's name.

One that confused me the most was why Torgeir's hallucinations came back and of Uncle Terry, It kind of worked with the guy he strangled but it doesnt really make sense as he didnt kill Terry, if anything having that one armed woman return would have fit but thats just what i think.
What was the deal with Torgeir getting the bed time story at the end of the final episode? Also, in the post credit scene, Jonny is having a drink with his family. Did he return to New York?
