Jan 17, 2017 · Why was Lilyhammer canceled? Unlike some of Netflix’s other cancellations, money wasn’t the whole factor as to why Lilyhammer was canned. Having now watched all three seasons over again, something was simply missing from season 3 and frankly, it jumped the shark.
Torgeir who was intended to be a comedy character has now developed PTSD, traumatised by the murder he has committed. Really? Lilyhammer does not need to approach this serious subject matter, leave that to Breaking Bad.
One that confused me the most was why Torgeir's hallucinations came back and of Uncle Terry, It kind of worked with the guy he strangled but it doesnt really make sense as he didnt kill Terry, if anything having that one armed woman return would have fit but thats just what i think.
