Every other hero does poorly with them due to low spellpower/war machines not scaling well. Defense should be B-tier for Inferno; it synergies very well with gating. Logistics can be S or A because Swift Gating and Teleport Assault are both just amazing. Luck shouldn't be S tier.

I don't get your point, or perhaps I am reading you wrong? In spite of being a Starcraft 2 pro, he criticises Starcracft quite a bit and states that Company of Heroes I is the best RTS out there.
