Mar 23, 2012 · In 2005, the Archdiocese stated declining enrollments and budget pressures when they announced the closing of seven elementary and two Catholic high schools. Our Lady Queen of Peace elementary school closed having only 94 students in grades K through 8 th.
The Catholic life and mission of the school is underpinned by actions and experiences that ensure that these values are lived out in all aspects of school life and so our pupils grow to know God, understand their vocation, and feel safe, nurtured, valued and aspirational.
Our Lady Queen of Peace is a welcoming school at the heart of the faith community. Pupils are proud to be voted into positions of responsibility, such as the ‘Mini Vinnies’ who lead charitable events.
