   Oct 9, 2017 · I tried uninstall and reinstall NTW3 mod, even replacing temporarily the spcn.pack (the file that causes my bug) with NTW3_v71_spcn.pack but result was exactly the same. That's the only thing that's not working.

   If you’ve played DarthMod Napoleon, how is it different from NTW3? Napoleon is my favorite Total War (and I think the era is apex of set-piece battle warfare!) but I could never go back to playing with 20 unit stacks when 40 (with about 360 per regiment) has me spoiled.

   Aug 12, 2020 · That being said, NTW3 at least is continually updated even as recently as a few days ago. Darthmod hasn't been updated since 2013 I think. Because I play by myself, I enjoy Darthmod more.

   Jun 26, 2019 · I've been playing a lot of Darthmod, mainly for the AI tweaks, but NTW3 seems more up my ally mainly for the realism. I love how immersive it is and all the realistic tweaks for it and the slow pace of the battles, etc... But does this mod affect AI?

   Is ntw3 a good mod?

   • I do hear the NTW3 mod is good for MP though, especially if you use the discord servers. Maybe that is an option for you ? I dont plan on using mods to play multiplayer, i tried LME4 and i love it for singleplayer. I go into battle list in multiplayer, and there is a bunch of games there but most that i try to join give me that error message.

LME4 is SP campaign focused, with various campaign periods to pick from, where as NTW3 is MP Historical Battles focused, but they are working to improve the SP campaign side.

   Why is my ntw3 game missing text?

   • Lord Davn: Missing text indicates the NTW3 mod or ntw vanilla game may not be installed properly. Open the NTW3 desktop launcher and select"Restore Vanilla" it will launch the ntw vanilla game. Check the text in the vanilla campaign to insure its's correct. If not you will have to re-install the original ntw game.

   May 20, 2020 · The NTW3 mod reflects more realistic combat stats & speeds. Your cavalry and infantry will tire faster if you try to run them all over the battlefield. We've also slowed down the battles to give players time to make strategic decisions on deploying their armies for battle just as the real Napoleonic Generals did.
