May 5, 2016 · OK, I've gotten to the point where Father asked me to retrieve the four synths from Bunker Hill. I informed the Railroad, no option for BoS, and went directly to the synths. I would guess you need to get enough settlements built up when you speak to Preston Form Ranks is completed and Defend the Castle starts. By the time The Nuclear Option starts I would expect Bunker Hill to fix hopefully. Either that or do Brotherhood of Steel main quests. Battle of Bunker Hill won't end.
