Okada is probably my favorite wrestler of all time. My personal moty from 2021 was their G1 match. Just when you think you'd seen it all between them, they delivered another fresh match.
He's a character you can both cheer for because he uses underdog tactics, and boo because he always wins and you just want to see someone knock the smirk off his face. Despite the fact that the crowd is largely behind Shibata in this match, not a single person is disappointed once Okada beats him.

Jul 8, 2023 · Both guys played their roles well here with Jonah as the monster heel, and Okada as the underdog babyface. Jonah uses his size/power advantage to just completely overwhelm Okada throughout the match. Jonah obviously did a great job with his power spots, and stuff throughout this match but I think Okada is the one who makes this match great.
