When the production company Deluca Film was declared bankrupt at the end of October 2023, the second season of the TV series came to a halt. The shooting will restart in February 2024 in Denmark. The creater of this season is Morten Dragsted, based on the idea of A.J. Kazinski, and stars Anne Louise Hassing and Allan Hyde in the leading roles.
Overview. To solve the brutal murder of a young German surfer, two officers are secretly sent to the tourist paradise Hvide Sande on Denmark's west coast. No one in the city trusts the police, so they go undercover as a happily married couple from the big city. A. J. Kazinski.

The project is directed by Frederiksberg-born helmer Tilde Harkamp, who recently worked on Hunting Season [+ see also: trailer film profile] (2019), a comedy starring Mille Dinesen, Lærke Winther and Stephania Potalivo in the lead roles.
