The Pilgrim's Progress from This World, to That Which Is to Come is a 1678 Christian allegory written by John Bunyan. It is regarded as one of the most significant works of theological fiction in English literature and a progenitor of the narrative aspect of Christian media.

Jan 15, 2023 · In 1996, Tom Hardiman, Curator of the York Institute in Saco, Maine discovered a portion of 'The Grand Moving Panorama of John Bunyan's Pilgrim's Progress', (painted c.1850-1851), at the Institute. Hardiman stumbled upon 2 large sections of this very famous pre cinema ‘Moving Panorama’.
