Dec 21, 2023 · Richard Colla’s The Questor Tapes is a made-for-TV movie that was largely ignored by audiences despite its interesting premise of a scientist named Emil Vaslovik (Lew Ayres) and his desire to build a superhuman android named Questor, expertly portrayed by veteran actor Robert Foxworth.
Dr. Vaslovik apparently holds the key to why Questor was built and to his actual mission. Questor is accompanied in his search by Dr. Robinson, the lead engineer on project Questor, played by Mike Farrell shortly before he rose to fame playing B.J. Hunnicutt on MASH.
