Fresh Cut Grass, or FCG for short, originally designated as Faithful Care-Giver, is an aeormaton cleric and a member of Bells Hells. FCG is played by Sam Riegel . Faithful Care-Giver was a Harmonious aeormaton designed by Aeorian scientists as caretaker-assassin for The Care and Culling plot.
In Campaign 3 Riegel plays Fresh Cut Grass, [n] an automaton [q] cleric with ancient Aeorian design who was reassembled by the tinkerer Dancer in 838 PD. They are the surviving member of the party known as the Division of Public Benefit.
Sam Riegel is a voice actor and a member of the main cast of Critical Role. He played Fresh Cut Grass and currently plays Braius Doomseed in Campaign Three. In previous campaigns, Sam played Scanlan Shorthalt, Taryon Darrington and Veth Brenatto. He has also been the Dungeon Master for several special episodes.
