Things like ekko, Diana, fizz, kassadin can all nearly one shot you if they have enough items which can just lose you the game even if you're really strong, wits end pretty much ruins that for them unless they are so fed they can rush a void staff.
With wit's end, your E goes from 12 spins over 3 secs to 14 over 3 secs. If you want to combo for maximum damage with no chance of escape, you want to q, e for just under 1.5 secs, stride, then ult before the silence ends.
