- Michael Gambon as Dumbledore. Michael Gambon replaced Richard Harris as Dumbledore after Harris’s death in 2002. His first Potter film was Prisoner of Azkaban, but it was far from his first time on the silver screen.
In 2011 Bonnie starred in After the Dark (2013), with James D'Arcy, Daryl Sabara and with Harry Potter co-star Freddie Stroma. Bonnie also wrote and directed a short film for school called Separate We Come, Separate We Go (2012) starring Potter co-star David Thewlis.
