FNAF 4 is the sequel to FNAF 3, being the fourth game in the franchise. It's the first game of the series lore-wise. Instead of taking place in a Pizzeria like the original Fnaf 1 and 2, or a Horror Attraction like Fnaf 3, this game takes place in the memory of a child's bedroom. Similarly to Fnaf 1, you will be facing the same animatronics before,...

Since the original animatronics come back as nightmares that you will need to overcome, the game is similar to Fnaf 1. Just like the original office, there are doors, one door on each side of the room. Considering this is also a bedroom, this is different from the original office, as a bed is now behind you. There is also an open closet in front of...

This will be a comprehensive guide on how to counter every animatronic

Nightmare Freddy: Nightmare Freddy has children called, "Freddles" that will spawn on the bed, the maximum amount of Freddles on the bed before he attacks are 3. Once 3 Freddles are on the bed, they will linger for a while until Nightmare Freddy can attack. Clicking on the night lamp or bed will flash them, causing the Freddles to go away one by one.

Nightmare Bonnie: Nightmare Bonnie, like the original, attacks from the left door. Bonnie will stand at the far end of the hallway and wait there until the player flashes him, if you flash him, he makes a sound and walks away, if you do not flash him, he will start walking towards your door until you flash him or he reaches your door, at which point flashing him will get you killed. He has a chance to ignore your light and start walking towards your door, moving faster determining what night you're on. Once you hear his breathing, close the left door and hold it for a while until it stops to reset him, this can be see by your rooms lights flickering. Breathing and footsteps can be somewhat inconsistent so do not rely on this all the time unless you are completely sure before making your next choice.

Nightmare Chica: Just like Nightmare Bonnie and the original, Chica attacks from the right door. Chica will stand at the far end of the hallway and wait there until the player flashes her, if you flash her, she makes a sound and walks away, if you do not flash her, she will start walking towards your door until you flash her or she reaches your door, at which point flashing her will get you killed. She has a chance to ignore your light and start walking towards your door, moving faster determining what night you're on. Once you hear her breathing, close the right door and hold it for a while until it stops to reset her, this can be see by your rooms lights flickering. Breathing and footsteps can be somewhat inconsistent so do not rely on this all the time unless you are completely sure before making your next choice.

Nightmare Foxy: Nightmare Foxy spawns in the garage and makes his way to the closet through the right hallway. When he makes it into the closet, flash it, you can tell he is in the closet without flashing it if you see a red light at the closet. If Foxy appears, close the closet until he is gone, this can be seen by your rooms lights flickering. Foxy will not stay permanently, and will instead make his way back into the closet.

Nightmare Fredbear: Fredbear can attack from any door, bedroom, or closet. Every laugh he makes, he is attacking from somewhere.

•FNAF: Coop's FNAF 4 gameplay, surprisingly, when compared to the others, doesn't differ much from the original

•Just like all Fnaf Coop recreations, instead of being confined to your bedroom, you're allowed to move around the dream home freely, just don't run into the animatronics, as they can still kill you.

•Nightmare Fredbear and Nightmare can not fake out the player by laughing. Any laugh you'll hear means that they're attacking from somewhere, as these two are the only ones allowed to attack from anywhere they want.

•Instead of a plush indicator that tells you if Foxy has made it into the closet like the original does, his red eye light will appear to show he is there. He will not permanently stay in the closet.

•When a nightmare animatronic leaves, they will flicker your screen to indicate they have left.

•The flashlight will automatically unflash after a few seconds.
