Seishu Inui (乾 (いぬい) 青 (せい) 宗 (しゅう) , Inui Seishu? ), or Inupi ( イヌピー , Inupi ? ) was the 10th Generation Black Dragon Attack Squad Captain after the Christmas Showdown he joined the Tokyo Manji Gang and became a member of the First Division.
Seishu is the second born sibling in the Inui family, five years younger than his elder sister Akane Inui. He and his sister shared many key characteristics appearance wise and often spent time with her along with his childhood friend Hajime Kokonoi .
