Jun 12, 2014 · Old Nan has been in Winterfell for multiple generations, and it is not clear exactly how old she really is. It's stated in awoiaf wiki that she came to Winterfell to wet-nurse a previous Brandon Stark (which one is not known).
Basically trying to say that Rohanne is definitely not Old Nan, but Dunk will definitely run into Old Nan at Winterfell. Who Old Nan is/was, and what happened to Rohanne Webber are two mysteries I've always been curious about.
