I really like the JP VA for Mona but I feel like her rendition of Mona isn't as expressive as the EN version. I can't help but hear a subdued version of Chika Fujiwara when I hear JP Mona. JP Mona is still great, but she feels very different from the EN version.

• 2 yr. ago. Yes Mona is very good, she's competiting for best Standard Banner 5-star, along with Jean. Mona is great due to Freeze being her best reaction. She works VERY well with your non-Chongyun-or-Eula Cryo characters. Apply Cryo on enemies and then use her burst to sustain a bonus DMG debuff on the enemy.
Her idle speeches sound slow and stilted to me, but all of her story and combat lines are perfect. I think it might have something to do with hearing them 9000 times, but I think it's mostly due to the lines themselves being kinda nonsense, and the VA trying to force it to sound like she really meant them.
