I've been unlucky enough to have to use Martins in Basingstoke & WInchester 3 times in 10 years. And on each occasion it's been pretty bad. Poor customer service, later vehicle return, and overcharging (upselling) seems to be rife. Martins Winchester overcharged £500 to change two CV joints on a Nissan.
