The Bible speaks of a book in heaven that lists the names of all the people who will inherit eternal life. Will your name be included in the Book of Life? God reveals through His servants, the prophets, that He has a very special book.
However, the Bible also talks about not blotting people's names out of the book of life. The one who conquers will be clothed thus in white garments, and I will never blot his name out of the book of life. I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels. Revelation 3:5.
One is a book of those registered for eternal life, and the other is not. Revelation uses the phrase “book of life” six times.
