Ertuğrul Bey, based on the historical figure of the same name, is the son of Süleyman Şah and Hayme Hatun, husband of Halime Hatun and İlbilge Hatun, and the father of Gündüz Alp, Savcı Bey and Osman Bey.
She withstood all the blames of the Kayi Hatuns - and specially Osman's - like a champ when she had to pretend as Ertugrul's opposer on his orders. Honestly, Ilbilge should be appreciated as a character in herself instead of being compared with Halime.
