    The term "chupacabra" is used as a term to refer to a cryptid that attacks and preys on domestic animals - especially goats. The myth of the Chupacabra originated back in Puerto Rico and since then, alleged sightings were reported in various parts of the Americas, especially in other parts of the world outside the Americas such as Russia and the Philippines.
