Daniel John Gilvezan (born October 26, 1950) is an American actor, known for playing Peter Parker / Spider-Man in the 1981 animated series Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends and Bumblebee in the original 1984-1987 The Transformers series.

Biography. Born in St. Louis, Dan Gilvezan graduated with a B.A. in drama from Webster University in Webster Groves, Missouri. Upon graduating he joined the National Players touring company in Washington D.C., bringing the classics to colleges and civic centers across the country.
