Both would be in my all time PL team. I think Keane was the better leader, but would probably say Viera was slightly better because he was more of an all rounder.
Vieira was better at bombing forward with the ball, but Keane was very good, he didn’t have skill but his passing was great. Vieira was great, but Keane had as much impact at United. He was the captain of a young team in the late 90’s and led them to unprecedented success for an English club.
