Parker is a master thief and important member of the Leverage team. Put into the foster system at a very young age, she is socially awkward, but is slowly overcoming that with the help of this group. In the meantime, she is an extremely important aid to the team.

Parker, like everyone else on the team, is used to working alone when the series begins. She grows a lot over her time with the team, even eventually becoming the leader of the group.
