First, some backstory: 21 Laps launched as a company in 2005. The Dans joined the team within a week of each other in 2010. Levine had shepherded the likes of Cloverfield, Fight Club and LA Confidential at Paramount and New Regency while Cohen was a creative exec at Sidney Kimmel Entertainment.
