This section of IGN's Little Nightmares 2 wiki guide will walk you through the X-ray machine puzzle. This is one of the first puzzles you'll encounter after stepping foot in The Hospital.
Go past the elevator into the X-ray room. You’ll notice by the drawings on the wall that a key is hidden in a stuffed animal, which is in the next room.
Unfortunately, even though it’s hidden in the stuffed bear in the photo, it’s actually in a different stuffed animal now. You’ll have to check out each one in the X-ray machine, but you’ll eventually find it in the
Once you have the one with the key, grab it and head into the elevator right outside this room. This will take you down to an incinerator. So exit the elevator and head right. Push the stuffed animal in the hole, then pull the lever.
Once it’s done, hop back in and grab the key. Then, take the elevator back up and head up to the room with the locked door on the second level to the right of the staircase. Open it up and head inside.
