Jul 26, 2021 · While visiting San Diego and Argentina, Blaisse fell in love with the jacaranda trees, which later became the inspiration for the Theater curtain, titled Sessions. Her design process included a detailed study of the jacaranda and many drawings, renderings, paper cutouts, and mockups.
The book gives insight into our studio’s journey of discovery and collaboration, with detailed personal accounts by Petra Blaisse, partners Jana Crepon and Aura Luz Melis, and members of Inside Outside team on projects from 1986 to present day.
