•Production for the first season started on August 28, 2017.
•After the pilot was reshot and the second episode was filmed, production was halted for 2.5 weeks. It was decided to rewrite the scripts for the remaining 8 episodes to better accommodate the new dynamics between characters after seeing Britt Robertson and Jasmin Savoy Brown in their roles.
•Originally, the season was going to consist of 13 episodes but scheduling issues resulted in the number being reduced to 10.
