Sougo Tokiwa (常磐ソウゴ Tokiwa Sōgo), alternatively spelt Sogo Tokiwa, is an 18-year-old (19 as of Episode 34) high school student (graduated as of Episode 29) who is visited by Tsukuyomi and Black Woz from 50 years in the future and learns that he is destined to become the tyrannical ruler of their time, " Oma Zi-O ".
