The Singapore Tennis Association (STA) inter-club tennis competition is organised every year. The Singapore Tennis Association (STA) is the National Sports Agency (NSA) for tennis in Singapore. The STA is led by the Management Committee who are made up of representatives of Member Clubs who wish to volunteer their time and are voted into the committee in the Annual General Meeting.
KTC is a small, friendly and relaxed club with over 100 members. Roughly half of our members are juniors and we actively encourage juniors to join our club. We welcome new members at any time. He joined The American Club as a part-time tennis coach in 1992 at the age of 18. Fast forward 10 years to 2002, Azhar was appointed the Club’s Tennis Director. He left the Club in 2004 to gain exposure as a tennis professional, where he coached at various properties including the Swiss Club, Hollandse Club, the Fairmont and Shangri-la Hotel.
