   • The LINX® system is a medical device designed for people with chronic gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD). It is a small flexible band of titanium beads with magnetic cores. The band is placed around the lower oesophageal sphincter (LOS) during keyhole surgery (laparoscopic).
