Past
65 million years ago in Rafkon, Aiyon was once part of the Knights of Rafkon, under the leadership of Zayto. Soon, the two became best friends and sparring partners. During the creation of the Sporix Beasts to fight against invaders, Aiyon was displeased that the Rafkonian government attempted to unleash the Sporix without a proper test, realizing that it could endanger the planet. Aiyon attempted to destroy the Sporix machine for the sake of Rafkon, only for Zayto to stop him before he could succeed. But Zayto soon realized, alongside their fellow knights, that Aiyon was right as the Sporix Army instead began attacking their homeworld. As their planet was destroyed by the Sporix, Aiyon and his fellow knights chased them to Earth, where they would gain the help of the dinosaurs and where the Morphin Masters would make them the first team of the Ancient Dino Fury Rangers. TV STORY-Destination Dinohenge During a Megazord battle, two of his fellow Rangers warned the team that the Ultrazord was about to be destroyed, due to the Sporix Beasts being too powerful. Aiyon and Zayto managed to escape, but the other Rafkon Rangers perished in the Ultrazord's destruction. Both Zayto and Aiyon went into stasis, with Aiyon's pod being submerged underwater, separating himself from Zayto. The Green Morphin Master then appeared in front of him, giving him a task whilst also warning him that without him, Lord Zedd would reign again sometime after his defeat by Zordon's Energy Wave. Dino Fury Season 1
In the year 2021, a mysterious entity known as Void Knight came to Dinohenge (the place where the Ancient Dino Fury Rangers were first founded) and used a scanner to track a strange energy source to the site. However, two humans named Amelia Jones and Ollie Akana are packing their ghost hunting gear up to leave under Warden Garcia's order and until they see the Knight and follow him inside. Void Knight stamps around the base, proclaiming that he is here for "that energy source" until a hidden door opens and reveals Solon who sees him and tries to awaken Zayto from his stasis tube just for the warrior to blast her and demand the energy source. Solon is less than happy when Void Knight called her old and introduced himself but Solon reacts quickly enough to unleash Zayto in an instant. However, Void Knight uses his lightning to destroy the console and demands the energy source again at the point of a sword. When Solon just bumbles, he tries to execute her but Ollie grabs a Chromafury Saber from a shelf and blocks it to the villain's immense surprise and is then netted up by Amelia's Spook Snare before getting electrocuted by it. With the Void Knight down but far from out, Solon throws them a Dino Fury Key which allows them to control the guardians of the base called the Hengemen to fight the Void Knight but the villain got free and took it for himself instead. He inserts it into his sword and "munches" the mouth on his saber which activates the Hengemen and brings them under his command. Recruiting them as his own foot soldiers, he has them fight the three and both Amelia and Ollie take a beating. Unfortunately for Void Knight, their relentless wish to fight on grants them the Dino Fury Morphers. Solon then gives Amelia and Ollie the Ankylo and Tricera Dino Keys and they become the first of the modern Dino Fury Rangers who are able to fight off the Hengemen. Though he has two Hengemen take away the Sporix Eggs, Zayto awakens and destroys the containment which spreads the Sporix across the city of Pine Ridge. Void Knight escapes where he finds Shockhorn's Sporix Egg and an war between the Rangers and the Void Family over the Sporix Eggs begins. TV STORY-Destination Dinohenge To deal with the Sporix, the Rangers establish the Ranger Hotline which will allow people to call them over Sporix attacks. After Void Knight recruits Mucus as his first general and takes up residence in Area 62, he sends her to fight the Rangers where she reveals her ability to reform after being destroyed. Mucus, Shockhorn, and Void Knight soon return when they forced Dr. Lani Akana to use the knight's scanner alongside her drone to locate more Sporix Eggs. However, thanks to the Rangers distracting them, Akana sent the drone right down on him, destroying it alongside the scanner. Void Knight tried to get revenge on her but was cut off by the Rangers and had to retreat since he was outnumbered, Mucus was a poor fighter, and Shockhorn was nowhere to be seen. However, that was not the end of Shockhorn as he made his way into the city and claimed that no one will call him little anymore before growing giant-sized due to being active for too long. Ollie and Amelia swiftly arrived whilst Zayto goes to Dinohenge with Amelia weighing him down with the Gravi Ball from the Gravi Dino Key, which succeeded in disabling Shockhorn's sword arm. Ollie then activates the Hyper Dino Key but he is swatted away as the monster gets free and heated up his sword to destroy them. Zayto came with the T-Rex Champion Zord and blasts him down before forming the T-Rex Champion Zord Battle Mode. Shockhorn is overwhelmed by the Battle Mode's agility and attacked by its T-Rex Barrage and Tail Lash right before he gets defeated by the T-Rex Champion Chomp. With his minion defeated, Void Knight retrieves the Sporix who has been reduced to his unhatched form once again (due to the Sporix becoming stronger after being defeated in their giant form). TV STORY-Sporix Unleashed When Vypeera hatches, J-Borg uses the Ranger Hotline to alert the Rangers who arrive but she uses her powers to petrify Zayto instantly. Unable to defeat her, they eventually manage to free Zayto and defeat her by unlocking thier Tricera Blade and Ankylo Hammer Zords along with the Dino Fury Keys. TV STORY-Lost Signal Void Knight builds his new robotic general Boomtower who is sent to steal the Nephrite Orb as it has immense power which will be used to fulfill Void Knight ultimate goal. However, step-siblings Izzy and Javi Garcia manage to destroy it and reveal two Dino Fury Keys inside which they use to become the Green and Black Rangers and defeat Boomtower. TV STORY-New Recruits When the Ninja Steel Rangers' mentor Mick Kanic comes to Pine Ridge to look for the Ninja Nexus Prism, his No-Howl-Drops are instrumental in defeating Wolfgang and killing Boomtower. After the battle, he gives them the Legendary Ranger Database for future reference before leaving to find the Nexus Prism. TV STORY-Unexpected Guest The mysterious Reaghoul later teams up with the Void Family, resurrecting Brineblast, Wolfgang and the long-since-redeemed Lord Zedd. Together, they are able to capture four of the five Rangers with Sleepy Cuffs although Solon saves Ollie by teleporting him away. Together, they consult the Legendary Ranger Database and learn of Zedd's supremacy and that he is being controlled by a Compliance Collar. Using this knowledge, Ollie frees Zedd who easily defeats the Rangers and the two Sporix Beasts before leaving to find his Z Staff though they then have to defeat Wolfgang and Brineblast again. In light of Zedd's return and Reaghoul's presence. TV STORY-Old Foes Shortly after Zedd's return, Aiyon is awakened from his stasis by the Green Morphin Master and the Ninja Nexus Prism. After Slyther and Mucus find his stasis pod, they are surprised to see him awake inside and escape whilst he goes to save his friends from Tidemare who is easily defeating them. Using the Electro Dino Fury Key to defeat the monster by using his weakness to electricity before teleporting without revealing his identity. TV STORY-Storm Surge Aiyon arrives up at Dinohenge the following day, revealing his identity to the other Rangers and reuniting with Solon. It is there that he states his interest in joining the team, but on the condition that he leads it. As the others question this sudden proposal, Aiyon spills the secrets of him and Zayto's past when they were Knights, revealing that the Rafkonians were the ones that created the Sporix Beasts and that Zayto had the chance to stop the entire process but refrained from doing so, resulting in a scrimmage that damaged their friendship. He then says that Zayto has a lot to learn about being a real leader, such as trusting their teammates. Aiyon then joins the team in their latest encounter against Mucus. Using a trick, he manages to successfully land a hit on the slimy general, who then leaves with Slyther. Returning to Dinohenge, Aiyon is praised by the other Rangers on his strategy. This causes him to boast that Zayto is not fit to lead anymore, causing the Red Ranger to leave the team. Aiyon then asks the others to help him find his Zord, which leads to him teleporting to BuzzBlast after Ollie recalls that he still has the data from his mom's submarine drone. In BuzzBlast, while Aiyon discusses the whereabouts of his Zord with the others, he receives a call from Solon of an attack by both Mucus and Wreckmate in Beach End Plaza, prompting him to lead the team into another battle (along with a returning Zayto). At first, Aiyon and Zayto manage to gain the upper hand against Wreckmate, only to find the tables have turned on them when the robot griws giant. Aiyon then asks Solon to dispatch the Zords and form the Dino Fury Megazord Warrior Formation. However, despite gaining the upper hand, the battle once again shifts to Wreckmate's favor when he sends the Megazord underwater, causing its systems to shut down due to it not being meant for aquatic environments. After Zayto suggests they retreat, the Rangers teleport out of the Megazord. Aiyon, realizing the difficulties of being a leader, apologizes for his behavior, which Zayto assures is for the best as the two repaired their friendship. Soon, Aiyon's Dino Key glows, signifying that his Zord has activated. He then bears witness to the appearance of the Mosa Razor Zord from the sea. Aiyon asks Zayto to help him free the other Zords, which the latter accepted. Together with Zayto, Aiyon commands his new Megazord. Using his Zord, he manages to destroy Wreckmate and prevent him from destroying the other Zords. After the battle, Aiyon decides to reconcile with Zayto on the latter's past mistakes as he now understood the responsibility of a leader after the recent events, realizing that Zayto had to make a tough call. He then relinquishes his leadership on the team back to Zayto, citing what the latter said earlier on how a true leader knows when to step aside. Both friends then engage in a friendly sword duel before hugging each other as comrades once again. TV STORY-Ancient History Both Zayto and Aiyon begin to get prophetic dreams of a secret hidden on the planet of Nibyro so go there using a portal to discover the secret. Once there however, they fight their long dead Rafkonian comrades and are overwhelmed by their forces and numbers though they are confused by them repeating their final words over and over again. Zayto eventually realizes that they are illusions conjured up by their minds which causes the illusions to vanish and the Nibyro Guardian grants them access to the Cosmic Raptor Zords. TV STORY-Waking Nightmares After spying on the Rangers and learning of the infinite power of the Morphin Grid, Void Knight uses Sleepy Cuffs to kidnap most of the Rangers despite the death of Reaghoul and trapping of Slyther and Mucus. Luckily, they are rescued by the combined teamwork of Ollie and his mother Dr. Lani Akana and Aiyon destroys Santaura's pod and seemingly Void Knight as well with his Mosa Blaster. However, the search for the Sporix Beasts continues as the Dino Fury Rangers investigate another lead on the Ranger Hotline. TV STORY-Void Trap Around Christmas, Slyther (having escaped the Dark Dimension) assumes leadership of the Void Family and accompanies Mucus to the North Pole. After leaving a bomb in Dinohenge, they steal Santa's Magic Sketchbook and use it to create a Spider Sketch Monster and a giant clone of Slyther but both are slain and the villains withdraw.
