The motion picture industry first discovered that Arkansas is an ideal place to find filming locations in small towns and big cities plus rural countrysides in 1926 with Universal's "Uncle Tom's Cabin," and it's been a popular shooting location ever since.

Dec 21, 2020 · The Crow’s Nest Farms and Red Colony Tree Farm are two of Arkansas’s newest Christmas tree growers. Seven years ago, Kimberly Dale bought 40 acres of land in Greene County, on the west side of Paragould. Dale grew up on a farm, though it wasn’t a Christmas tree farm.
