Graham was born on March 6, 1951, in the Whitesboro section of Middle Township, New Jersey, the son of Mary Jacobs Graham and Stedman Graham Sr. He is one of six children.
He has a daughter Wendy Graham who was born shortly after her parents, Stedman and Glenda were married in 1974. But her parents’ marriage didn’t last long and Wendy was often dragged back and forth from Glenda’s home in Dallas to Stedman’s in Chicago.
