- Saybons. Where can you find halal French cuisine in Singapore? The answer is Saybons, which has been around for more than a decade. Diners can find plenty of affordable French staples, from paper-thin crepes filled with decadent hazelnut spread, pastas tossed in a giant cheese wheel and even a classic wild mushroom soup.
