   • Bastia is a gorgeous village and very close to Saint Florent as well airport and a beautiful beach near the airport. We aren’t museum people but it was really very interesting in the citadel… worth a visit and free in the off season. Perhaps just a few days in Bastia would be sufficient and then head further south to explore.
