The Frog Lord is a secret, optional boss in HOUSE. It can only be encountered in Chapter 1, if the True Ending has been previously achieved.
The Frog Lord appears as a gigantic, bipedal frog. It has a large gaping mouth with small teeth and blood coming out of it. It also appears to be missing eyes, instead simply having bloody holes in their place.
To encounter the Frog Lord, Tabby must kill 8 frogs before midnight. Only one frog is present at a time, and killing one causes a new one to spawn somewhere else. The frogs can spawn in every room except the parents' room and the basement if you are not able to enter them however, it’s important to remember that once opened, the frogs can appear in the basement. They also cannot spawn in the storage room while the Rat is active.
Once 8 frogs are killed, the normal music will be replaced by constant croaking throughout the entire house. At midnight, when James would normally spawn, the Frog Lord spawns in his place. Once this has done, none of the other endings can be achieved.
The Frog Lord has similar behavior to James, automatically knowing where Tabby's current location is no matter where she is in the house. However, there are a few key differences such as:
•The more damage the Frog Lord has taken, the faster it moves.
•It has an "attack" where it vomits on the floor. The vomit has similar properties to water puddles, tripping Tabby over when she runs on them in addition to also slowing her down when she walks on it.
•It has another attack where it attempts to belly-flop onto Tabby and crush her.
