Mount Namuli is the highest peak in the Zambezia Province of Mozambique. At 2,420 metres it is the second highest mountain of Mozambique behind the Monte Binga . The Namuli massif consists of a level plateau which rises 700 to 800 metre.
Namuli, the Lost Mountain is a worthwile discovery of one of the world’s least-explored and most-threatened habitats. Mt. Namuli, a 7,936-foot granite monolith, is the largest of a group of isolated peaks that tower over the ancient valleys of northern Mozambique.
