    Cap de Formentor

Cap de Formentor in the northern part of the island is a real must-visit place and offers many fantastic photo spots along the scenic road towards the lighthouse, such as the “viewpoint to Cap Formentor”.

    Cala Murta

Cala Murta is a small, secluded bay away from the crowds. It’s located on the way to the lighthouse at Cap de Formentor and can only be reached after a 25-minute walk through a forest and mountainous landscape.

    Cala Figuera

Similar to Cala Murta, Cala Figuera is located on Cap de Formentor and can be reached after a short walk from the main road leading to the lighthouse.

    Cala Agulla

The beautiful beach of Cala Agulla is just a stone’s throw away from the medieval town of Capdepera. The beach is surrounded by a breathtaking, hardly cultivated landscape of sand dunes, pines, desert plants and flat rocks.

    Capdepera

Overlooking spectacular cliffs and pine forests, the Capdepera lighthouse is a scenic place for nature photography. Also, on a clear day, you can even see the island of Menorca from here.

    Cala Millor

Cala Millor is one of Mallorca’s most popular tourist resorts. Stretching along the beach of Cala Millor, a beautiful palm-lined promenade offers a great selection of cafes and restaurants as well as 15 art sculptures of everyday objects, such as beds or windows. They’re unusual photo opportunities for sure but certainly make for a great shot near the sea.

    Sa Dragonera

Located off the southwestern coast of Mallorca lies the beautiful island of Sa Dragonera. It has an iconic lighthouse and is home to unique flora and fauna. Clear waters and tiny bays surround the island. A gorgeous spot for a little getaway off the beaten path.

    Cala Pi

Cliff meets idyllic beach: Cala Pi is the perfect place for everyone looking for relaxation in front of a fairytale backdrop in Mallorca. And if you want to make your friends jealous with tropical vibes, be sure to get a good photo here!

    Es Pontàs

Situated in the southeast of Mallorca, this natural arch formed by the force of the sea and wind is a perfect little photo spot. It is very similar to Beirut’s Pigeon Rocks as well as Gozo’s famous Azur Window, which collapsed a few years ago.

    Serra de Tramuntana

The UNESCO-awarded mountain range Serra de Tramuntana is home to unique landscapes, including clear mountain lakes, high mountain peaks and impressive rock formations. There are so many scenic roads and hiking trails, leading to the most beautiful viewpoints. I recommend experiencing at least one sunrise here as it is such a tranquil and colourful natural phenomenon.

    Gorg Blau

Gorg Blau is one of the mountain lakes at the foot of the Puig Major, the highest mountain on the island. This reservoire looks more like Scandinavia or Canada rather than the center of a Mediterranean island and certainly makes for a great shot!

    Valldemossa

Your Mallorca vacation is not complete without a visit to the beautiful mountain village of Valldemossa. Nestled between the lush mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana, the village offers panoramic views and a unique charm. Also, it provides absolutely incredible photo spots, literally every street has an Insta-worthy house, front door or flower box.
