Mar 6, 2024 · Leeds West Academy is a non-selective academy. It has about 1,410 boys and girls aged between 11 and 16. In May 2019 the school was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. This school is a member of White Rose Academies Trust. (Other schools in this trust include Leeds City Academy and Leeds East Academy.)
Leeds West Academy is a larger-than-average-sized secondary school for pupils aged between 11 and 18. Following public consultation in 2017/18, the school’s sixth form will close at the end of 2018/19. Currently, there are no students in Year 12.
