René Goscinny was a French comics editor and writer, who is best known internationally for the comic book Astérix, which he created with illustrator Albert Uderzo, and for his work on the comic series Lucky Luke with Morris (considered the series' golden age) and Iznogoud with Jean Tabary.

Jun 13, 2020 · Look at the corner of Rue Boulainvilliers and Rue Singer ( 55 Rue Boulainvilliers ). From the street, you can see Goscinny looking out. If you go to the subway station entrance behind the statue and look back, the statue isn’t there. The Google Map pic from that angle is just too old.
