We are flying out of Calgary, so if we take #1 we'll need to head north to Jasper when we reach Lake Louise, then double back on ourselves the next day to get to Banff, with 2 nights there before our flight. Is the drive on #1 via salmon arm/revelstoke really worth it? Or are we better heading North on #5 at Kamloops?
