  3. Olivier was born in Dorking, Surrey, the youngest of the three children of Agnes Louise (née Crookenden) and Reverend Gerard Kerr Olivier. [1] He had two older siblings: Sybille and Gerard Dacres "Dickie". [ 2 ]
