Dec 16, 2006 · I am a pre-health student debating where I am going to grad school. My goal right now is to go into sports medicine as a Doctor of osteopathy. I originally was going to go to physical therapy school.
MHC was founded in 1987 by Dr. Semyon Friedman, while working as a researcher and a chemical engineering professor at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Friedman opened the first MHC physical therapy clinic in his Baltimore-area community to meet the needs of an underserved group of new refugees, who needed treatment following an injury.

History. In 1992, the University of Southern California initiated the first post-professional "transitional" (DPT) program in the United States. [ 4] .
Dr. Friedman serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy. She is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy, with cardiovascular and pulmonary being the major content area in her teaching. She also teaches in Clinical Skills I.
