Dr. Fogel received his medical degree from Universidad Central De Venezuela and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Hospital Guayparo in Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela. He then went on to complete his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Harvard Medical School, Boston.
