   Is Goulburn River a good place to swim?

   • With temperatures in the low 40’s and a hot Westerly blowing like a furnace, swimming was a welcome respite from the heat. As a reward for your efforts, you might see turtles and large goannas in and around the river. Goulburn River is a good place to cool off when the weather’s hot. Our second visit was a couple of years later, in mid-November.
