- Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel is Los Angeles’ oldest operating hotel dating back to 1927. The hotel is built in a Spanish Colonial Revival Style and features a historic lobby complete with stone columns, arched doorways, and beautiful ceilings.
