The notifications have just started to go out and VM will fully close the email account 30 days after the initial communication. Dave.

If you have a glance through the (many) recent topics about this, the only people with an option to save the mailbox are those with a VM residential broadband account (and even then that appears to be at the expense of any existing email addresses associated with the account).
