Jan 24, 2015 · We report an unusual and extreme case of a patient who had involuntary laughter and inappropriate hilarity present for most of the day for over two decades. We further review the literature on the origin and neuropathological basis of the behavior and suggest an approach to clinical disorders of laughter.
