Nov 29, 2021 · Travellers to the USA must take a supervised pre-departure COVID test in the 24 hours before travel. Tests can either be PCR or rapid antigen/lateral flow, and must be supervised. As I don’t live near any clinics, I opted to use our partners at Qured Health, who do a video consult with a Health Advisor for an extra £10.
We advise that you arrive at your terminal 3 hours before a long-haul flight. If you are checking bags or travelling in a group you should allow more time. Always consult your airline for check-in in desk and bag drop opening hours.
